haiz... yesterday went gym and stadium wif phyllis... ran in de gym 4 15min dan go stadium run 3 consecutive rounds and walk 1 round... cool rite??? haha... stamina gt improve liao.. so happy... any1 wana go run, swim, jog..or wadeva lah.. cn call me 2 go also... haha... trying 2 b active dis holiday... hahahahahaha... haiz,nth 2 do at home also... tml gt maths remedial(sianz...) dan fri gt another 1.. bt i nt going... gt road marshal training from 8.30-12 lidat...
